- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Bread - 4 slices
Let's Get Started
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread and sprinkle with minced garlic.
- Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Top each slice of bread with two slices of cheese and half of the sliced avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown.
- Flip the sandwiches and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the second slice of bread is golden brown.
