Let's Get Started

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  4. Top each slice of bread with two slices of cheese and half of the sliced avocado.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown.
  8. Flip the sandwiches and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the second slice of bread is golden brown.
