Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the pork ribs and simmer for 30 minutes, skimming off any impurities that rise to the surface.
  3. Add the tamarind soup base and stir well to dissolve.
  4. Add the onions and tomatoes, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Add the radish, string beans, and eggplant, and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until wilted.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
