Let's Get Started

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
