Shrimp Ramen
This delicious shrimp ramen is packed with flavor and perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Chili flakes - To taste
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 2, boiled and sliced
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Baby bok choy - 2 heads, chopped
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Shrimp - 1/2 pound, peeled and deveined
- Ramen noodles - 2 packs
Let's Get Started
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the pot and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Add the chopped bok choy to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Divide the cooked ramen noodles between two bowls. Top with the cooked shrimp, bok choy, sliced green onions, and boiled egg slices.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with chili flakes, if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
