Shrimp and Broccoli in Garlic Sauce

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
