Shrimp and Broccoli in Garlic Sauce
This is a quick and easy recipe for a classic Chinese dish that combines shrimp and broccoli in a savory garlic sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Broccoli - 1 head, cut into florets
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined

- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
