Ingredients - Serves 4
- Scallions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Carrot - 1, thinly sliced
- Onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Bell peppers - 2, thinly sliced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Pork loin - 1 pound, shredded
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the shredded pork, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
