Sherwood Forest Green Coffee

- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mint leaves - 10 leaves
- Water - 2 cups
- Green coffee beans - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Grind the green coffee beans to a coarse consistency.
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the ground coffee beans to the boiling water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the mint leaves. Let it steep for 2 minutes.
- Strain the coffee into cups, discarding the coffee grounds and mint leaves.
- Stir in the lemon juice and honey until well combined.
- Serve hot or chilled, as desired.
