Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the aiyu seeds in water for 2 hours.
  2. After soaking, rub the seeds with your hands until the water becomes gel-like.
  3. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth, discarding the seeds and keeping the jelly.
  4. Refrigerate the jelly until it sets, about 2 hours.
  5. Before serving, cut the jelly into cubes and mix with honey and lemon juice.
