Let's Get Started

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the vermicelli until it turns golden brown.
  2. In a separate pan, boil the milk. Once it comes to a boil, add the roasted vermicelli and cook on low heat until the vermicelli is cooked.
  3. Add sugar, chopped dates, mixed dry fruits, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  4. Serve the Sheer Kurma hot or chilled as per your preference.
