Shanghai Stir Fried Rice Cake

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Shiitake mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced
- Napa cabbage - 2 cups, chopped
- Pork loin - 1/2 pound, thinly sliced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Rice cakes - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Soak the rice cakes in warm water for 20 minutes, then drain.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork and stir-fry until it's no longer pink, about 3 minutes.
- Add the cabbage and mushrooms and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
