  1. Prepare the broth by bringing a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the sliced napa cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, green onions, tofu, and enoki mushrooms to the pot.
  3. Let the vegetables cook for a few minutes until they are tender.
