Seared Ahi Tuna with Sesame

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Rinse the tuna steaks and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix the white and black sesame seeds and spread out on a plate.
  3. Coat the tuna steaks with the soy sauce and sesame oil, then press into the sesame seeds to coat.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. When hot, add the tuna steaks and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove from heat and slice into 1/2 inch thick slices. Serve immediately.
