Edamame with Black Sesame Rice

Ingredients - Serves 4

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the rice, water, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
