Let's Get Started

  1. Pat the ahi tuna steaks dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle the sesame seeds onto a plate and press the tuna steaks into the seeds to coat all sides.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the tuna steaks and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add the soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Slice the seared tuna and serve with the ginger soy sauce. Garnish with green onions.
