Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
- Black sesame seeds - 1/2 cup
- White sesame seeds - 1/2 cup
- Ahi tuna steaks - 4
Let's Get Started
- In a shallow dish, mix together the white and black sesame seeds and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, green onions, ginger, and garlic.
