  1. For the dumplings: In a bowl, combine the pork, shrimp, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges.
  2. Steam the dumplings in a bamboo steamer for 15 minutes.
  3. For the buns: In a bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, and a little warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add the flour and knead until a dough forms. Let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls. Flatten each ball and place a spoonful of the pork and soy sauce mixture in the center. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  5. Steam the buns in a bamboo steamer for 15 minutes.
  6. For the rolls: Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft. Place a little of the shrimp, noodles, and cilantro on each wrapper. Roll up tightly and serve with soy sauce for dipping.
