Ingredients - Serves 2
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Thai basil leaves - 1/2 cup
- Kaffir lime leaves - 4 leaves, torn
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Thai bird's eye chilies - 4, thinly sliced
- Fish fillets - 8 ounces, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Mussels - 8 ounces, cleaned
- Squid - 8 ounces, cleaned and sliced
- Shrimp - 8 ounces, peeled and deveined
Let's Get Started
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and Thai bird's eye chilies. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, squid, mussels, and fish fillets. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
- Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for another minute to coat the seafood evenly.
- Add the torn kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil leaves. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
