  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge the pork in flour, shaking off any excess.
  4. Heat the butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  7. Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook until the mushrooms are browned and the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
  8. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard to the skillet and stir to combine.
  9. Return the pork to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over the top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
