- Pork roast - 3 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Season the pork roast with salt, black pepper, caraway seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
