Scallop Dumplings

- Water - For sealing dumplings
- Wonton wrappers - 24
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Scallops - 1 pound, finely chopped
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped scallops, minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
- Place a spoonful of the scallop mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Dip your finger in water and run it along the edges of the wrapper to moisten.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a half-moon shape, pressing the edges together to seal.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Steam the dumplings in a bamboo steamer for about 10 minutes, or until the scallops are cooked through.
- Serve the dumplings hot with soy sauce for dipping.
