Sautéed Mushrooms
These sautéed mushrooms are a wonderful side dish or topping for steak, chicken, or pasta. They're cooked in butter and garlic until golden and delicious.

- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Mushrooms - 1 pound, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
