  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, garlic, onion, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, thin sausage shape. Thread each portion onto a wooden skewer.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the kofta kebabs for about 7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and nicely browned.
