Ingredients - Serves 2
- Cooked rice - 2 cups
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onion - 2 stalks, sliced
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1/2, diced
- Salmon - 8 ounces, sushi-grade, cubed
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and lime juice to make the marinade.
- Add the cubed salmon to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
