Salmon Dill Burger

- Lettuce, tomato, and onion - For serving
- Burger buns - 4
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup

- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

- Salmon fillets - 1 pound, skin removed
