Salmon and Asparagus Foil Packet

  2. Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil, approximately 12x18 inches each.
  3. Place one salmon fillet in the center of each foil piece.
  4. Trim the ends of the asparagus spears and place them on top of the salmon fillets.

  6. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Place a few slices of lemon on top of each salmon fillet.
  9. Sprinkle fresh dill over the salmon and asparagus.
  10. Fold the foil over the salmon and asparagus, sealing the edges tightly to create a packet.
  11. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
  12. Carefully open the foil packets, being cautious of the hot steam.
