Salmon and Asparagus Foil Packet
This delicious and healthy salmon and asparagus foil packet is a perfect meal for a quick and easy dinner.

- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon - 1, sliced
- Asparagus spears - 1 bunch
- Salmon fillets - 2

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil, approximately 12x18 inches each.
- Place one salmon fillet in the center of each foil piece.
- Trim the ends of the asparagus spears and place them on top of the salmon fillets.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the salmon and asparagus.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place a few slices of lemon on top of each salmon fillet.

- Fold the foil over the salmon and asparagus, sealing the edges tightly to create a packet.
