Salami and Olive Tapenade Baguette

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Slice the baguette lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  2. In a food processor, combine the black olives, green olives, garlic, capers, olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley. Pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped.
  3. Spread the olive tapenade on the inside of the baguette.
  4. Layer the salami slices on top of the tapenade.
  5. Close the baguette and cut into 4 equal sandwiches.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil and refrigerate until ready to serve.
