Salami and Olive Tapenade Baguette
A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich featuring a flavorful olive tapenade and salami on a crispy baguette.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Capers - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Green olives - 1 cup, pitted
- Black olives - 1 cup, pitted
- Salami - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Baguette - 1 large
Let's Get Started
- Slice the baguette lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- In a food processor, combine the black olives, green olives, garlic, capers, olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley. Pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped.
- Spread the olive tapenade on the inside of the baguette.
- Layer the salami slices on top of the tapenade.
- Close the baguette and cut into 4 equal sandwiches.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil and refrigerate until ready to serve.
