Salami and Mozzarella Panini
A delicious and easy-to-make panini with salami, mozzarella, and a hint of Italian seasoning.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Mozzarella cheese - 4 slices
- Salami - 8 slices
- Italian bread - 4 slices
Let's Get Started
- Preheat a panini press or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Arrange the salami and mozzarella cheese evenly on two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
- Brush the outside of each sandwich with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Place the sandwiches in the panini press or on the grill pan.
- Cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
