Salami and Mozzarella Panini

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat a panini press or a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Arrange the salami and mozzarella cheese evenly on two slices of bread.
  3. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
  4. Brush the outside of each sandwich with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Place the sandwiches in the panini press or on the grill pan.
  6. Cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes on each side.
  7. Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
