  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to splutter, add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili to the pan and sauté for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add the lamb pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  5. Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until it wilts.
  6. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes, or until the lamb is cooked through and the flavors are well combined.
  7. Serve the Saag Gosht hot with rice or naan bread.
