Roasted Turkey Breast with Herb Butter

Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon zest and juice.
  3. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Loosen the skin with your fingers and spread half of the herb butter under the skin.
  4. Spread the remaining herb butter all over the outside of the turkey breast.
  5. Place the turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast for about 1 1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before carving. Serve with your favorite sides.
