Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Apples

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Apple cider - 1/2 cup
- Chicken broth - 1/2 cup
- Rosemary - 1 tablespoon, fresh
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, sliced
- Apples - 2, cored and sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Pork tenderloin - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork and sear on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
