Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Apples

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the pork and sear on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes.
