Roasted Butternut Squash
A simple and delicious side dish featuring seasonal butternut squash roasted to perfection.

- Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Butternut squash - 1 large
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel the butternut squash, cut it in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Cut the squash into 1-inch cubes.
- Place the squash cubes on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the salt, pepper, and rosemary. Toss to coat.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
