Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Place the marrow bones on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and roast for about 15-20 minutes, or until the marrow is soft and has begun to separate from the bone.
  3. While the bones are roasting, mix together the chopped parsley, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make a gremolata.
  4. When the bones are ready, allow them to cool slightly, then use a small spoon to scoop out the marrow. Spread it on the toasted baguette slices, sprinkle with the gremolata, and serve immediately.
