Roasted Bone Marrow

- Baguette - 1, sliced and toasted
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon - 1, juiced

- Beef marrow bones - 4 pieces
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place the marrow bones on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and roast for about 15-20 minutes, or until the marrow is soft and has begun to separate from the bone.
- While the bones are roasting, mix together the chopped parsley, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make a gremolata.
- When the bones are ready, allow them to cool slightly, then use a small spoon to scoop out the marrow. Spread it on the toasted baguette slices, sprinkle with the gremolata, and serve immediately.
