Bone Marrow Escargot

- Baguette - 1, sliced and toasted
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Escargot - 24, canned and drained
- Bone marrow - 4 bones, halved lengthwise
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place the bone marrow halves on a baking sheet, marrow side up, and roast in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the marrow is soft and slightly browned.
- While the marrow is roasting, combine the escargot, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Remove the marrow from the oven and carefully spoon the escargot mixture into the marrow cavities.
- Return the marrow to the oven and roast for another 5 minutes, or until the escargot is heated through.
- Serve the bone marrow escargot with slices of toasted baguette.
