Roast Pork Ribs
These succulent roast pork ribs are marinated in a sweet and tangy sauce, then slow-roasted until tender and flavorful.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Barbecue sauce - 1 cup
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Pork ribs - 2 racks
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to cover both sides.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil, and roast in the oven for 2.5 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush the barbecue sauce all over the ribs, then return them to the oven, uncovered, for another 30 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
