Classic Barbecue Beef Ribs
These classic barbecue beef ribs are marinated in a sweet and tangy sauce, then slow-cooked to perfection.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Barbecue sauce - 2 cups
- Beef ribs - 2 racks
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the ribs in a large dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
