Let's Get Started

  1. Prepare the rice noodle sheets as per the package instructions.
  2. In a pan, cook the shrimp until they turn pink. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the scallions and cook until they become fragrant.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, water, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce into the pan with the scallions and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the cooked shrimp back into the pan and stir to coat with the sauce.
  7. Place a small amount of the shrimp mixture onto each rice noodle sheet and roll it up tightly.
  8. Serve the rice noodle rolls with additional sauce on the side.
