Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas on the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  3. Spread Russian dressing on each tortilla.
  4. Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on one side of each tortilla.
  5. Fold the tortillas in half, enclosing the filling.
  6. Heat butter in the skillet and place the folded tortillas in the skillet.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute.
  9. Slice the Reuben sandwich burritos in half and serve warm.
