Reuben Sandwich Burrito

Ingredients - Serves 2
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Russian dressing - 1/4 cup
- Swiss cheese - 4 slices
- Sauerkraut - 1/2 cup, drained
- Corned beef - 8 ounces, thinly sliced
- Flour tortillas - 2 large
Let's Get Started
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Warm the flour tortillas on the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Spread Russian dressing on each tortilla.
- Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on one side of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas in half, enclosing the filling.
- Heat butter in the skillet and place the folded tortillas in the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute.
