Reuben Hashbrowns
A delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, these hashbrowns are loaded with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.

- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Thousand island dressing - 1/2 cup
- Swiss cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Sauerkraut - 1 cup, drained
- Corned beef - 2 cups, cooked and chopped
- Hashbrowns - 4 cups, frozen
