Pastrami and Swiss Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Pickles - 1/2 cup, sliced
- Dijon mustard - 1/4 cup
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Flour tortillas - 4 large
- Swiss cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Pastrami - 1 pound, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on one side of each tortilla.
- Layer the pastrami, Swiss cheese, and pickles on half of each tortilla, then fold the tortilla in half to cover the fillings.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
