This delicious red snapper dish is served with a tangy lemon butter sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Red snapper fillets - 2 fillets
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the red snapper fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Place the seasoned red snapper fillets in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
