Red Snapper

Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the red snapper fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned red snapper fillets in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. While the fish is baking, prepare the lemon butter sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the remaining butter over low heat. Add the lemon juice and stir until well combined.
  7. Remove the fish from the oven and drizzle with the lemon butter sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
