Pumpkin Seed Protein Bars
These homemade protein bars are packed with pumpkin seeds, oats, and honey for a healthy and delicious snack.
Ingredients - Serves 12
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Almond butter - 1/2 cup
- Protein powder - 1/2 cup
- Honey - 1/2 cup
- Oats - 2 cups
- Pumpkin seeds - 1 cup

- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, oats, protein powder, and salt.
