- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil - 1/4 cup
- Honey - 1/2 cup
- Pumpkin seeds - 1 cup
- Rolled oats - 3 cups
