Pulled Pork Sliders
These pulled pork sliders are made with slow-cooked pork shoulder, tangy barbecue sauce, and served on mini buns.

- Coleslaw - 2 cups
- Mini buns - 16
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Barbecue sauce - 1 cup
- Pork shoulder - 2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
- Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and garlic. Pour over the pork shoulder.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and pulls apart easily with a fork.
- Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
- Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Serve the pulled pork on the mini buns, topped with coleslaw.
