Barbecue Lentil Sandwiches

- Buns - 4
- Coleslaw - 2 cups
- Water - 2 cups
- Barbecue sauce - 1 cup
- Lentils - 1 cup, rinsed and drained
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
