Pulled Pork Sandwich

- Hamburger buns - 6
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Onion powder - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Barbecue sauce - 2 cups
- Pork shoulder - 4 pounds
Let's Get Started
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to make a spice rub.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder, covering it completely.
