  1. Place the beef bone, pork bone, and chicken in a large pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Add the chickpeas, potatoes, carrots, leek, celery, and garlic to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Continue to simmer for another hour, or until the meat is tender and the chickpeas are cooked.
  5. Remove the bones from the pot. Shred the meat and return it to the pot.
  6. Serve the stew hot, with crusty bread on the side.
