Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Prosciutto - 4 ounces, thinly sliced

- In a large skillet, cook the prosciutto over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
