This delicious pasta dish combines the flavors of prosciutto and eggs for a creamy and savory meal.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Heavy cream - 1/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Eggs - 2
- Prosciutto - 4 slices, thinly sliced
- Spaghetti - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
