Let's Get Started

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet and top with the provolone cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
  6. Divide the steak mixture among the hoagie rolls and serve.
