Philly Cheese Steak
This classic Philly Cheese Steak sandwich is made with thinly sliced beefsteak, melted provolone cheese, and sautéed onions, served on a hoagie roll.

- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Hoagie rolls - 4
- Provolone cheese - 8 slices
- Mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced
- Green bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Onions - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Ribeye steak - 1 pound, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
